What is company type of business

Company is type of business which is form through cooperation.It usually have minimum numbers of fifty employees and maximum of unknown since as the company expands then more and more staffs get employed.Companies have many department's to do wide range of tasks.

Company must have board of directors,management or senior staffs together with junior staffs.All can either be permanently employed,on contract basis or they can work as casual employees.

Most companies have shareholders who inject finance to the business by purchasing shares from the company so companies have unlimited liabilities.

Companies have greater advantages in accessing bank loans as their are lots of assets which can act as security to access the loans.The company can even use some percentage of its shares as security to access loans.

Companies must have all the legal requirement's to do business.These means that companies must have registration certificate's,tax certificate's plus all licenses required to operating the business.
