Businesses have to display their goods/services nicely and tidily in their business premises inorder to attract and retain customers.How the business display their goods/services in the business premises matters alot to how the business is going to perform well economically.By displaying goods/services nicely and tidily in the business,then the business will reach to a good state where it will perform well economically.

Businesses follows these steps to display their goods/services nicely and tidily so as to retain their customers and to attract more customers.

Businesses first ensures that the products are in good quality state and condition's before they are sold to the customers.When the goods/products are in good state and condition's,then it means that the products are of good quality,they are not damage,the products are fresh and have not expired,the packages are not damaged or they are not torn/broken.

Businesses then ensures that the products/services are clean and free from dust before arranging them at the business shelves/business premises.Businesses will also ensure that perishable goods are refrigerated inorder for them to stay fresh for longer duration's.Apart from perishability state of the goods,businesses consider on the durability of the goods.In this case businesses consider on the strengthness of the goods,this means that the businesses determines whether the goods will withstand any pressure or force which will be impacted on the goods, as some are very fragiles.Incase of fragile goods then businesses should stock or keep them in  very secure places so that they will not come into contact with any forces that will break/damage the goods.

The third step is for businesses to know on  how to arrange the goods/services at the business shelves.Business will only achieve this by ensuring that all products with same characteristics are arrange together at the business shelves followed by those other products which do not posses the same characteristics.For example when the business is selling motor vehicles products like Isuzu,Toyota and Mercedes Benz,then the business will arrange all the Isuzu's brands first,followed by Toyota brands next and lastly the business will have to arrange together all the Mercedes brand and the arrangement orders continues like that depending on the number of vehicle brands the business is selling.Arrangements of goods this way is also applicable to other types of products which the business is selling apart from the above example of the motor vehicles business.

The last step is for businesses to ensure that the goods/services which businesses sells are arranged in an environment friendly way.The goods should be arranged in such a way that business staffs,customers and other stakeholders will move freely within the business so that they will not be obstructed by any goods/equipments within the business premises.The goods should be arranged in such a way that they can not fall down and cause accidents.The goods should be arranged in such a way that their will be sufficient space for ventilation so as to prevent suffocation to the employees,customers and other stakeholders.To ensure that there is sufficient space in the business,all excess stocks/goods should be kept at the business store to avoid congestion in the business.Staffs/employees should also have sufficient space for working, sufficient space for taking breakfast/lunch or there should be canteen for staffs/employees to take breakfast and lunch.There should also be sufficient space in the business to serve customers,the space should also be equipped sufficiently with nice seats to accommodate customers who are waiting to be served.To also prevent congestion in the business,there should be enough space for parking motor vehicles for staffs,customers and other stakeholders such as business associates who will be coming to the business.
