Economy is all activity related to the production,distribution and exchange of goods and service through barter trade or by using currency.

Types of economy

Market-based economy
This is economy in which production,distribution and exchange of goods and services is influence by the demand and supply of commodity.No one is controlling production or distribution of goods and services.This is simply a free market economy.

Command-based economy
This is economy which is controlled by political agent within the country.The political agents control what is to be produced,quantity to be produced and they also set the price for the commodity which is to be sold,these means that all consumer within the country purchase the commodity at the same price.

Green economy
This is economy which facilitate in the prevention of carbon emission to the environment.The aim of these economy is to facilitate the country to invest in alternative forms of energy which does not pollute environment through carbon emission.
