Factors to consider before starting the business

The following are factors which entrepreneurs should consider before starting any business/enterprises.These includes:Materials,manpower,capital,customers,infrastructures and security.

Materials
Materials are any products which the entrepreneurs want to sell.These materials can be tangible goods or intangible products.Tangible goods are those goods which can be touched or carried,these includes products like agricultural products or any of the manufactured products.Intangible are products which cannot be touched or carried and they includes all the services which will facilitates smooth flow of the business,these services includes:banking services,insurances of the business,transport services.These intangible services cannot be touched but can be provided to the business to facilitates smooth flow of the business.So the entrepreneurs should know and understand clearly on the types of materials which the business is going to sell,these means that the entrepreneurs should have clear knowledge on  the types of goods/services the business is going to sell to the customers.

Manpower
The entrepreneurs requires manpower in the business.Manpower are those people who are going to work in the business so the entrepreneurs requires manpower/employees who are going to work in the business organizations.In acquiring the manpower/employees in the business,the entrepreneurs should ensure that they hire the experienced and qualify employees who are going to work in the business organizations.

Capital 
Capital is the amount of money/finance which is being required to manage all the financial matters in the business  such as purchasing stocks and equipments in the business,capital is also required to pay business expenses such as paying rents,utility bills and also to pay salaries to the employees.Utility bills includes business bills such as electricity bills,water bills,telephone bills,internet connection bills and all other bills which are encountered in the business.So the entrepreneurs  require capital in the business to purchase business stocks and equipments and also to pay business expenses such as utility bills and to pay salaries to the employees.The entrepreneurs also requires capitals to pay expenses such as salaries to the employees and other  contingency expenses.

Customers
Customers are those peoples who come to the business to purchase goods/services.So the entrepreneurs should know the correct and ideal place where the business is going to be situated/established. The entrepreneur should establish the business nearness to where customers are found,these means that when the customers are found or located in certain geographical region or areas or certain town,then the entrepreneurs should situated/establish the business to these geographical regions/towns.

Infrastructures
Infrastructures includes all the structures which are required in the business to facilitates good flow of business activities.Infrastructures includes structures such as roads,electricity,water and services such as communications,transport,health services,insurance and banking services.
